Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking an energetic Recruiter in Pittsburgh to quickly assess candidates’ skills and match them to the right roles so they can hit the ground running on day 1.

You will source candidates across multiple industries, conduct talent calls and interviews, and manage pre-employment checks and onboarding paperwork. You will also post jobs on major platforms and maintain strong client communications.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience with performance goals and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Experience using CRM or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates
• Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations
• Complete pre-employment due diligence including employment applications, background and drug testing, I9s, W4s and other as required
• Create and update payroll records, pay rates, job assignment information and electronic time entry credentials
• Manage temporary associates on assignments. Handle staffing emergencies, job coaching and terminations
• Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn and other PS social media sites
