Envision seeks a Senior Recruiter in Wichita to lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to shape staffing plans and build strong candidate pipelines. You will source, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while aligning with policies and the company’s values.

This role emphasizes high-volume hiring, data-driven recruitment metrics, offer coordination, and collaboration with HR and external partners to ensure compliant, timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 4–6 years of professional HR recruitment and selection experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate selection and offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform full-cycle recruitment activities, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer coordination, and pipeline development.
• Consult with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions aligned with policies and laws.
• Develop proactive recruitment plans to meet staffing needs, focusing on high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Participate in recruitment events and partnerships to promote opportunities and build candidate pipelines.
