Job summary

Envision is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full‑cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing plans. You will build candidate pipelines, evaluate candidates, and support timely, compliant hiring decisions in collaboration with HR partners.

The role requires 4–6 years of HR recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, and strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field (HS diploma optional).
• 4–6 years of professional HR recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake to offer coordination.
• Consult with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and staffing plans.
• Develop proactive recruitment plans for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Support recruitment events and community partnerships to promote opportunities.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing effectiveness and time‑to‑fill.
• Create competitive offers in collaboration with HR leadership.
