Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Recruit talent across manufacturing, operations, commercial, and professional capability functions.
• Identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels, professional networks, and market engagement activities.
• Assess candidate capabilities, values, and contribution motivation to develop informed hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage labor market data, competitive intelligence, and talent insights to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing guidance on talent availability, recruiting trends, and effective hiring practices.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and overall hiring outcomes.
• Leverage technology, automation and recruiting tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.
