You will lead cross-functional work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech. The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, framework development, and change management to land new programs across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or related consulting.
• Proven ability to design structured frameworks and ship programs.
• Experience building interview processes and assessment rubrics at a tech company.
• Ability to use data to validate program effectiveness and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Analytics.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecards and structured interviews.
• Drive change management and enablement materials for new programs.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on criteria.
• Research and pilot new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
