Move is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to scale Finance, People, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles, helping organisations grow quickly and sustainably.

You’ll be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts, all working together to solve hiring challenges and accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for G&A and Sales/GTM roles in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
• Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple client roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Finance, People, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success for client teams.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent using sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Use data to monitor hiring progress and optimize outcomes.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing, client-driven environment.
