Talentful is hiring for a leadership role focused on building and scaling recruitment delivery for high-growth tech clients. You will lead a team, own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, and partner with stakeholders to forecast, analyze, and report on delivery outcomes.

The role emphasizes a data-driven, consultative approach to improve internal processes and expand Talentful's footprint across geographies. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading from the front and managing a recruitment team.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop your team, offering operations support and career development whilst creating a tailored team culture.
• Set and monitor targets and track your teams performance through data and reporting in line with client needs.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid–senior level hires and deliver core delivery results.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Talentful and client teams to forecast, provide insights, and deliver detailed reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to the internal business model.
