Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr Director, People Business Partner to partner with GTM leaders, scale teams, and strengthen leadership effectiveness in a remote-first, global environment. You will drive workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design across distributed teams in the US and India.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in HRBP or HR generalist roles within high-growth tech, with hands-on leadership and a data-driven, pragmatic approach to talent

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, with senior GTM partnerships in tech.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, globally distributed teams (US & India).

Responsibilities

Strategic business partnership with GTM leaders to align talent plans with business goals.
Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives for rapid scaling.
Champion culture, engagement, performance management and leadership development.
Coach leaders on performance, succession and team effectiveness.
Leverage people analytics and ensure HR compliance across regions.
Manage complex employee relations and collaborate with Legal on sensitive matters.
