Job summary

DatologyAI is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle hiring across go-to-market and business functions in our New York office. You will partner with founders and leaders to map talent, design interview loops, and close top performers in AI, infra, and growth roles.

You will shape comp structures, manage OTE, equity, and competing offers while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and scalable hiring processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting with deep experience in sales and go-to-market hiring at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record hiring enterprise AEs, Solutions Engineers, FDEs, sales leaders, and more.
• Range across business functions such as marketing, operations, finance, or partnerships.
• A sharp eye for separating great performers from great interviewers.
• Fluency in sales comp, including OTE, quota, ramp, and accelerators.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for building, measuring, and improving.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across go-to-market and business roles (AEs, SEs, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Ops, Finance, G&A).
• Source top performers proactively, especially sellers who close technical enterprise deals in AI and infrastructure.
• Partner with leaders to define success criteria and design interview loops.
• Assess for real performance: attainment, deal size, and how candidates win.
• Lead offer strategy and close candidates, including OTE, commission, equity, and competing offers.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting our culture.
• Track pipeline health with data and keep leaders informed; build scalable processes.
