Job summary

Latent, a health AI company in San Francisco, seeks a Talent Partner to help build our GTM team. You will own searches from start to finish, partnering with the SVP of Sales and other GTM leaders to define roles, anticipate needs, and move hires quickly.

You’ll guide compensation discussions, advise on headcount, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Latent’s values. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles.
• Experience building enterprise sales teams; experience hiring for marketing and G&A is a plus.
• Strong judgment and the ability to advise hiring managers at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, closing, and offer negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans.
• Source, engage, and close top talent across GTM functions - predominantly sales, but potentially inclusive of marketing and select G&A roles.
• Advise on compensation, leveling, and headcount planning.
• Give candidates a clear, responsive, and thoughtful experience throughout the hiring process.
• Represent Latent’s culture and values in conversations and hiring decisions.
