Qualifications

• Experience owning searches from kickoff through close.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines beyond inbound applicants.
• Data-informed approach with funnel metrics and market insights.
• Strong judgment and communication, challenging assumptions when needed.
• Proven track record improving recruiting processes and programs.
• Business acumen to connect recruiting decisions to urgency and priorities.
• Experience using AI, automation, or modern recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across your slate of roles, from intake to close.
• Partner with managers to define what great looks like and build search strategies.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies and networks.
• Maintain scorecards, interview feedback, and documentation for evidence-based hiring.
• Use data and weekly reporting to communicate funnel health and risks.
• Deliver a candidate experience that is timely, respectful, and consistent.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve sourcing, screening, and efficiency while keeping human judgment central.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, calibration, and funnel health.
