Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, AI & Engineering, to shape the teams building our future. You will work directly with senior leaders to recruit world‑class talent, advise on workforce planning, and strengthen organizational effectiveness in a fast‑moving AI company.

This 100% in‑office role (Monday–Friday) is based at our Mountain View headquarters, requiring strong executive presence and resilience in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or a hybrid talent role.
• Experience supporting engineering organizations in high-growth Silicon Valley technology companies or AI-first organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence executives through data, judgment, and business partnership.
• Track record of successfully hiring software engineers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, technical leaders, or other highly competitive technical talent.
• Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Mountain View.

Responsibilities

• Executive Talent Partnership: shape long-term talent strategy and organizational planning with executives and senior leaders.
• Technical Recruiting: own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, AI, ML, Infrastructure, Product, and leadership roles.
• HR Business Partnership: partner with leaders across onboarding, performance, development, planning, and retention.
• Talent Intelligence & Operational Excellence: leverage metrics and market intelligence to influence decisions and improve processes.
