HeyGen is seeking a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team in San Francisco or Palo Alto. You will partner with executives and hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles including Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering.

The role focuses on sourcing strategy, interview design, and integrating AI into the Talent function to attract top-tier engineers. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of Engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, source, and engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to proactively build a robust, diverse candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Partner deeply with Engineering leaders from kickoff to onboarding as a trusted talent advisor.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define headcount needs, craft job descriptions, design interview loops, and provide market data.
• Execute talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence in AI and infrastructure.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact to offer closure.
