The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with financial services or related fields. Hybrid work, strong onboarding, and compliance emphasis are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Engage top talent through sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Advise managers on evaluation, decisions, and market insights.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring, including sales/marketing.
• Oversee candidate flow and ensure a professional experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and management to close offers.
• Support internal mobility and promote opportunities.
