Job summary

You will lead the design and implementation of talent programs, leadership development, performance processes, and change initiatives across the organization.

You’ll develop competency frameworks, lead talent reviews, and collaborate with senior leaders to align development with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (HR/Organizational Psychology, Learning/Training & Development)
• Experience leading talent and organizational development initiatives is essential
• Strong consulting, influence, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of talent processes and programs
• Drive competency development and leadership development across the organization
• Manage performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead change management initiatives and talent reviews/succession planning
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enable organizational performance
• Inspire and develop individual contributors and foster a high-performance environment
• Develop metrics to measure impact of talent programs and drive accountability
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new associates
• Provide best-practice insights and thought leadership to HR and the organization
