Job summary

S&S Activewear LLC in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance management programs, partnering with the Director of Talent Enablement to scale best practices across a large, distributed workforce.

The role focuses on goal setting, performance evaluations, calibration, and feedback culture, while developing development, engagement, and succession initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD or related field.
• 2+ years in performance management or HR.
• Experience designing and implementing performance programs.
• Workday experience required.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance management lifecycle including goals and evaluations.
• Lead calibration sessions and address rating bias.
• Design, enhance, and maintain PM frameworks and tools.
• Build a culture of continuous feedback for year-round performance.
• Develop performance improvement processes aligned to talent strategies.
• Strengthen manager capability in goal setting and evaluation.
• Configure and optimize Workday PM with HRIS partners.
• Analyze PM metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change management for adoption across a distributed org.
