Job summary

Box is seeking an Senior Organizational Development Manager in Chicago to lead the redesign of our job architecture, including job families, leveling criteria, and career ladders across functions. You will build and evolve frameworks that define capability at each level and partner with leaders and People Partners to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across organizational development, talent management, job architecture, or management consulting.
• Built job architecture, leveling frameworks, or career ladders at scale.
• Able to read organizational data and form a clear, defensible point of view on implications.
• Demonstrates rigorous, structural thinking and can articulate lifecycle of frameworks to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core architect for redesigning Box's job architecture, including job families, leveling criteria, and career ladders across functions.
• Develop and evolve career frameworks defining capability at each level and drive adoption with leaders and People Partners.
• Analyze trends in people and organizational data to identify opportunities and shape what to build next.
• Apply job architecture to AI-driven workforce changes and explain how expertise shifts with augmentation.
• Partner with HR and business leaders piloting new structures and act as the structural counterpart to cross-functional teams.
• Own additional talent and org development programs from design through rollout and iteration.
