Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in retail finance, planning, or inventory management.
• Strong forecasting, data interpretation, and profitability ownership.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with IT, Planning, Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
• Track record in developing SOPs, processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Present strategic plans, forecasts and performance metrics to executives.
• Drive enterprise forecasting and integration to create a single source of truth.
• Lead IT partnerships for system implementations and optimizations.
• Develop analytics tools and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Own process engineering, SOPs, and brand metric definitions.
• Oversee inventory operations and PO execution from start to finish.
• Lead the Outlet Merchandise Planning Team and mentor staff.
