Publicis Groupe seeks an HR professional to join the Talent team, focusing on resolving employee relations issues, policy development, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Ops to optimize talent processes across locations.

You should be process-oriented, thrive in fast-paced settings, and have a history of solving complex problems with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of HR-related experience with heavy emphasis on policy implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environments is highly preferred.
• Solid payroll and benefits knowledge; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Talent Operations - manage HR/talent operations, audit, document, and standardize processes across locations.
• Benefits Administration – primary point for all benefits initiatives and information.
• Leave Management – oversee leave processes and ensure deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• New Hire Orientation – lead orientation to onboard new hires effectively.
• Immigration Processing – handle visa applications and changes; SME for immigration.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management – handle employee relations issues and coaching.
• Training and Development – oversee training initiatives from need to feedback.
