Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a senior HR Operations professional to lead talent operations, benefits, and leave management across our offices. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Ops to optimize processes and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years HR experience with emphasis on policy implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environment preferred.
• Strong payroll, benefits knowledge and excellent written and oral communication.
• Familiar with HRIS and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Talent Operations - Manage HR/talent operations, identify needs, implement solutions and standardize processes across locations.
• Benefits Administration – Primary point person for all benefits initiatives and information.
• Leave Management – Oversee leave process and ensure deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• New Hire Orientation – Lead new hire orientation and onboard participants effectively.
• Immigration Processing – Handle visa applications and changes as the subject matter expert.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management – Address employee relations issues and performance escalations; coach employees.
• Training and Development – Oversee training initiatives from need identification to delivery and feedback.
