Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi in the United States is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Talent Operations, benefits administration, leave management, and new hire orientation in a fast-paced creative environment. You will champion immigration processing, employee relations, performance coaching, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Ops to optimize processes; hybrid work policy

Qualifications

Minimum of six years of HR-related experience with heavy emphasis on policy implementation and administration.
Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environment highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS.

Responsibilities

Talent Operations – Manage HR/talent operations, identify needs, implement solutions, and standardize processes.
Benefits Administration – Primary point of contact for benefits initiatives and information.
Leave Management – Oversee leave processes and ensure legal requirements are met.
New Hire Orientation – Lead orientation and onboarding.
Immigration Processing – Handle visa processing and changes as SME.
Employee Relations and Performance Management – Assist with employee relations and coaching.
Training and Development – Oversee training initiatives and feedback collection.
