Job summary

Normal Computing is an applied AI company building foundational hardware and software for AI infrastructure and semiconductor systems. We seek a Talent Operations Specialist to own recruiting workflows, data integrity, and scale recruiting across five global time zones.

You will optimize Ashby, automate scheduling flows, and ensure our operation runs smoothly as we grow. This role sits at the core of our Talent team, partnering with the Head of Talent on strategic initiatives and headcount

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-scaling tech startup or similar high-growth tech org.
• Ability to own and optimize recruiting infrastructure and data practices.
• Experience administering ATS tools and implementing scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby ATS architecture, permissions, pipelines, and integrations.
• Maintain candidate data health and privacy alignment across regions.
• Coordinate interviews during high volumes and when needed.
• Build recruiting dashboards and report funnel metrics for leadership.
• Enable interviewers and hiring managers with standardized practices.
• Partner on strategic projects with Head of Talent.
