Job summary

Caterpillar in Irving, TX seeks an HR leader to drive talent management and organizational effectiveness. You will implement policies, coach leaders, and guide workforce planning to align with business goals.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and deliver data-driven insights and programs to strengthen leadership and succession readiness across the Electric Power Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for sound decisions.
• Understanding of org vision, structure, culture, and ethics.
• Ability to influence decisions internally and externally.
• Knowledge of employee relations rights and obligations; compliance.
• Knowledge of talent management: attracting, recruiting, developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to enhance engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, planning, and design.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals and partner with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce data, create dashboards and metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design scalable talent management programs strengthening leadership capability, succession readiness, and career development.
