Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner in the Oil & Gas and Marine division to shape our talent strategy and lead development initiatives. This onsite role partners with leaders to deliver enterprise talent processes and innovative programs, driving engagement and growth across the organization.
Relocation is available and sponsorship is not offered. Travel up to 20% is expected, with a five-day onsite work week in Houston, TX.

The Senior Talent Management Partner implements site or regional talent management processes, programs and practices that aim to attract, measure, develop, manage and retain the organization's talent pool, leveraging enterprise standards and tailoring them to fit unique organizational needs.
