Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove seeks a senior leader to drive talent management and organizational development. You will partner with business leaders to weave talent strategies into business objectives, manage strategic projects, and advance inclusion across the workforce.

You will analyze talent data, lead talent programs for early careers, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement best practices while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Certifications relevant to HR/Talent management preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent practices with business strategies.
• Analyze complex talent data to inform strategic planning and workforce design.
• Oversee development of HR management systems to support talent initiatives and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to integrate best practices in talent management and leadership development.
• Drive inclusion initiatives within the talent management framework.
• Design early career talent programs and community engagement to build a pipeline.
