Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in talent management or HR leadership.
• Certifications related to talent management or HR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote talent practices in collaboration with HQ talent management and HR partners.
• Use data and analytics to provide insights for strategic decisions and storytelling in talent management.
• Integrate inclusion strategies into talent management practices.
• Lead a team of talent professionals, guiding alignment with objectives.
• Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and trends.
• Develop strategic solutions that align with business strategies.
• Drive HR system enhancements to streamline talent processes.
• Collaborate with HQ Centers of Excellence to share best practices.
• Design and execute strategic programs under senior talent management guidance.
• Contribute to oversight of performance management and talent review cycles.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
