Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to execute strategies and lead development initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to tailor talent solutions and drive inclusion in leadership programs.

The role supports design and delivery of leadership development, leverages talent management technology, and manages cross-functional projects to advance strategic HR priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years in talent management or related HR function.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in delivering talent development programs based on organizational needs and gaps.
• Participate in design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programs.
• Facilitate adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions.
• Support talent-management communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement.
• Assist with management of talent management projects ensuring alignment with HR priorities.
• Coordinate nomination and selection for internal and external development programs.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance and maintain reliable attendance.
• Work nights and weekends as schedules require.
