Job summary

Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking a senior leader to provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for talent management across multiple areas. The role oversees talent practices, drives inclusion initiatives, and develops analytics tools to deliver talent insights for executive decision making.

You will implement and promote best practices, lead a team of talent professionals, and partner with HQ talent management and HR business partners to align talent with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of experience in talent management or HR leadership.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to drive inclusion strategies and report on talent insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote new talent practices in collaboration with HQ talent management and HR business partners.
• Implement tools and analytics to yield data-driven insights informing strategic decisions.
• Develop an overarching inclusion strategy for talent across the organization with external partnerships.
• Provide leadership to a team of talent professionals.
• Lead enterprise talent and HR priorities under talent management leadership guidance.
• Leverage HR management system enhancements to improve talent practice applications.
• Consult with leaders to understand talent needs and develop strategic solutions for business strategies.
• Assess talent needs and trends with leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee performance management and talent planning cycles.
• Maintain independent judgment in significant matters and ensure consistent attendance.
