Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a seasoned Talent Management professional to drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across North America. You will partner with HR Business Partners and the Global Talent Management COE to support employee growth and organizational capability.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with regional teams, strong analytics, and a focus on building a high-performance culture through learning initiatives and effective program

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage talent management programs and processes across North America.
• Serve as SME for talent management for leaders, employees, and HRBPs.
• Prepare annual training schedules and ensure effective delivery.
• Generate and monitor training indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Support performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
