Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Talent, Learning and Development Manager in Denver. The role partners with the Head of Talent Management to translate global strategies into disciplined delivery, driving end-to-end talent reviews, leadership development and learning initiatives.

The candidate will lead executive development, design coaching solutions, and help shape the firm's AI learning agenda, while coordinating with HR partners and business leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in talent management, leadership development or organizational development within a global organization.
• Led talent review and succession planning with calibration and action follow-through.
• Excellent facilitation/presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Strong programme leadership across strategy, design and execution.
• Experience designing/ delivering leadership and learning solutions with adult-learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior partner to the Head of Talent Management and translate global strategy into practical delivery.
• Own end-to-end execution of talent review and succession planning activities, including prep, guidance, checks, calibration, reporting and action tracking.
• Facilitate leadership and learning sessions for senior/cross-functional audiences, driving decisions and actions.
• Lead delivery of leadership development programmes, coordinating scope, stakeholders, content and evaluation.
• Support design/delivery of executive development and coaching solutions, including needs analysis, vendor coordination and follow-through.
• Contribute to shaping AI learning agenda and integrate AI capability into leadership/l earning experiences.
• Provide programme leadership for Leadership Academy portfolio, ensuring coherence, governance and learner experience.
• Use data/feedback/external insight to improve solutions and update senior stakeholders.
