Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager to lead leadership development, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness consulting. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable learning solutions and manage end-to-end programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management with end-to-end program ownership.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and facilitating blended leadership development programs/experiences.
• Demonstrated experience owning or significantly managing a performance management cycle including calibration, and framework improvement.
• Certification in at least one behavioral or personality assessment tool with debriefing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of Rowan's leadership development, performance management, and career development frameworks.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development solutions across levels.
• Own and evolve career development resources and internal mobility approaches.
• Act as an internal team development consultant to diagnose challenges and design targeted interventions.
• Create dashboards and success metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
