Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive AI and technology strategy aligned with firm goals.
• Lead AI-powered innovation and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business use.
• Serve as a strategic ambassador for AI, promoting adoption of advanced AI technologies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI and technology team with a culture of learning.
• Collaborate with technology, finance and risk teams to uphold rigorous AI standards and best practices.
• Guide the development of robust, scalable, and secure AI-enabled systems.
