Power Factors is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to guide workforce capability and market insights across North America and international markets. The role emphasizes advisory partnerships with executives, complex searches, and strong sourcing across software and energy technology sectors.

You will mentor recruiters, influence senior stakeholders, and build scalable sourcing playbooks while leveraging AI tools responsibly to maintain human judgment and fairness in hiring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior-level ownership of complex searches.
• Experience as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor to business leaders, not solely as a requisition-based recruiter.
• Strong industry experience within software, SaaS, renewable energy, energy technology, industrial technology, engineering, or adjacent sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, specialized, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership-level roles across North America, Europe, and other international markets.
• Conduct strategic intake meetings and design search strategies for hard-to-fill roles and international hiring needs.
• Build sourcing strategies for regional talent pools and manage sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, offer support, and close activities.
