Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with deep Boolean/LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Experience filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing.
• Experience across multiple functions and autonomous multi-search ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and run advanced Boolean/X-ray searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Build Ideal Candidate Profiles with hiring managers beyond the job description.
• Own sourcing pipelines across multiple concurrent roles with high quality.
• Execute personalized outreach and optimize messaging from response data.
• Screen candidates before handing off to the hiring team.
• Document playbooks/SOPs and track sourcing metrics.
