Job summary

RGP (Resources Connection) in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Director to lead integrated talent strategies across markets, blending talent acquisition and management. You will oversee the full lifecycle from identification to retention, partnering with Sales to ensure access to the right internal and external talent for projects.

This hands-on senior role requires at least seven years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and stakeholder skills, and the ability to build robust talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition is required in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals is required.
• Strong expertise in internal and external sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, and retention.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ, with ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand, identify capability gaps, and surface revenue opportunities within clients.
• Serve as a senior talent advisor on complex client needs, offering guidance to hiring and deployment.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support current and future opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of consultant capabilities, career interests, and availability to align talent with client opportunities.
• Build trusted consultant relationships and support engagement, development, and redeployment.
