Job summary

RGP is seeking a Talent Director to develop and execute integrated talent strategies that align with client demand and business growth. You will blend talent acquisition and talent management, overseeing the full lifecycle from identification to retention while partnering with Sales to ensure timely access to top talent.

In this hands-on role, you will drive sourcing via ATS, build internal and external talent networks, and lead recruitment for Finance, Accounting, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or talent management.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals is preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies to support client demand and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
