Job summary

RGP in Southern California is seeking a Recruiting Director who develops and executes integrated talent strategies across Los Angeles and Orange County, blending talent acquisition and management to meet client demand and growth.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology, partner with Sales, and build strong internal and external networks, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success developing talent strategies to meet client demand and growth.
• Strong expertise in internal and external sourcing, assessment, deployment, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Recommend talent solutions including redeployment, internal engagement, or external acquisition.
• Build and maintain internal and external talent networks across priority industries and markets.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Develop external pipelines to support project needs and client demand.
• Align consultant skills and availability with client opportunities and deployment.
