Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Proven success developing talent strategies that align with client demand and business growth.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, workforce planning, deployment and retention experience.
• Experience with modern talent acquisition technology and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities and market trends.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Build and nurture internal and external talent networks across priority industries and markets.
• Develop proactive external pipelines to support immediate project needs.
• Collaborate with Talent, Sales, and Consulting to align consultant skills with client needs.
• Drive process improvements through data-driven decision making.
