SCI seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Performance to lead a team and own the design, execution, and improvement of core talent programs—performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.

The role partners with HR, Learning & Development, Recruiting, and HR Technology, serves as the Workday talent SME, and delivers dashboards and insights to guide enterprise talent strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Competenze

• Eight (8) years of progressive experience designing, developing, and facilitating talent management activities, with emphasis on performance, succession, reviews, and career development.
• Four (4) years of experience managing others.
• Two (2) years hands-on experience with Workday or related HCM systems.

Mansioni

• Own project management and execution of assigned Talent programs while contributing innovative recommendations shaping enterprise Talent strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent professionals and set standards for program design and delivery.
• Deliver dashboards, metrics, and insights that inform talent decisions and workforce strategy.
• Build partnerships across HR functions and senior leaders to align programs with business goals.
