Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation seeks a Principal Talent & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evolve talent and organizational development processes aligned with our culture and priorities.

The role leads organization-wide initiatives including performance and goal setting, succession planning, development plans, talent reviews, and high-potential programs, while coaching executives and partnering with leaders to drive strategic workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of talent and organizational development systems and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and talent management software.
• Experience designing and leading organization-wide talent initiatives (performance, succession, development plans).
• Extensive experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, TMP, TMCP, or OD.
• Strong project management skills with multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evolve talent and organizational development programs.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives such as performance and goal setting, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders; manage complex, high-priority projects.
• Integrate DEI principles into talent programs and partner with external vendors.
• Develop change management strategies and monitor program effectiveness.
