Sierra Space is hiring a Principal Talent & Development Specialist to design and evolve talent and organizational development programs aligned with our culture and priorities. The role emphasizes data-driven, cross-functional leadership and strategic program design.

You will lead performance management, succession planning, development plans, talent reviews, and high-potential programs while partnering with executives to shape workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 12+ years of related experience in talent and organizational development.
• Experience designing and delivering talent programs aligned with culture and priorities.
• Knowledge of current and emerging talent systems and tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and talent management software.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve talent and organizational development processes and programs.
• Lead performance and goal setting, succession planning, development plans, talent reviews and high-potential programs.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders and manage complex, multi-priority projects.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Integrate DEI principles into talent programs and partner with external vendors as needed.
• Mentor junior team members, manage budgets, and monitor program effectiveness.
