Job summary

NXTThing RPO is seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced setting. You will manage interview scheduling, phone screening, job postings, offers, onboarding, and executive communications while maintaining professional relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure, supporting senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, administrative, or executive support role.
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives strongly preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs to various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Conduct outbound phone screens with potential candidates.
• Record candidate responses and conduct interviews professionally.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates and client managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers of employment to qualified candidates.
• Handle onboarding requests and manage calendars and emails.
