Piedmont is seeking a Senior Talent Consultant to grow talent and impact across Georgia. This role sources candidates, builds pipelines, and partners with HR leaders to fill open positions within the Piedmont Healthcare System.
You will participate in onboarding, coach junior team members, and contribute as a subject matter expert in HR talent strategies. A healthcare HR background and strong recruitment skills are highly valued.

This role sources candidates, develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the Piedmont Healthcare System.
Participates as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open positions. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of qualified applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees.
This role also plays a significant role in on-boarding new employees, coaches and mentors Consultants and Hiring Coordinators, and is positioned as a subject matter expert by participating in strategic sessions with HRBP's and entity leaders.
