Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC seeks a Talent Community Experience Manager to lead programs, operations, and engagement strategies for a diverse network of independent marketers. This full-time role can be remote anywhere in the United States and reports to the Head of Rosie Experience.

You will own programs across onboarding, ongoing engagement, learning cohorts, readiness, re-engagement, and platform experience. You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, Client Experience, Business Development, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent community programs, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience owning scalable engagement or lifecycle programs for a professional community.
• 2+ years in cohort-based program management and learning operations.
• Experience leading platform migrations or significant change initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing engagement programs for the talent community.
• Design and manage scalable engagement programs across segments.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, Client Experience, and Business Development.
• Oversee Community Learning programs, calendars, logistics, and enrollment.
• Translate data insights into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
