Assignments cover day-to-day HR, employee relations, performance management, policies, organizational design, M&A, and workforce planning, with travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ substantive HR/People experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment rules across supported jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations matters.
• Credible communication with managers and founders.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support.
• Advise on employee relations and manager coaching.
• Lead performance management processes.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Support organizational design and change initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with distributed client teams.
