Rosie in Austin is seeking an in-the-field operations leader to launch the city. You will recruit and interview Pros, run activations and events for families and Pros, onboard initial families, and help set up operations with HQ to ensure every session is filled.

You'll partner with founders, learn Austin-specific rhythms, adapt Seattle playbooks, and drive the early growth of Rosie’s marketplace while living in the community and building a local network.

Qualifications

• Based in Austin (or relocating before start) with the ability to spend most of your time out in the community.
• 2+ years in operations, launches, recruiting, or field roles at a marketplace, staffing, or consumer services company OR previous founder
• Experience running events, activations, or community-based outreach
• Comfortable owning KPIs and reporting on them weekly
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events

Responsabilités

• Onboard the first 100 Pros in Austin across recruiting, activation, onboarding and retention.
• Onboard the first 100 Families via neighborhood outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Balance supply and demand in real time, manage weekly scorecards and WBR with founders.
• Troubleshoot on the ground, build systems and tools with HQ support.
• Document learnings from Austin and adapt the Seattle playbook for local success.
• Experiment with budget to boost acquisition and retention for supply and demand.
• Collaborate with Rosie Marketing on brand awareness activations.
