Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Talent Community Experience Manager to lead programs, operations, and engagement strategies for a diverse marketing professional community. This full-time, nationwide remote role reports to the Head of Rosie Experience and focuses on scalable programs, onboarding, cohorts, readiness, and platform improvements across the talent lifecycle.

You will partner with Product, Data, Client Experience, Marketing, and Business Development to translate insights into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent community programs, community operations, member experience, or related roles.
• Experience owning scalable engagement or lifecycle programs for a professional community.
• 2+ years in cohort-based program management, learning operations, or course delivery.
• Experience leading platform migrations or major tool transitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Rosie Community experience across onboarding, communications, engagement programs, and ongoing touchpoints.
• Build scalable, tiered engagement programs based on talent segments and readiness.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Community Learning programs, including calendars and enrollment.
• Manage credentialing and signaling processes for talent readiness.
• Serve as a bridge between data and business stakeholders, translating insights into actions.
