We Are Rosie in the United States is seeking a Program Coordinator (Influencer Marketing) for a remote, three-month engagement. You will act as the backbone of our influencer program, coordinating YouTube and creator partnerships while maintaining structured reporting and budgets.

You will partner with the Influencer Lead to deliver data-driven insights, manage end-to-end payments, flag brand safety issues, and keep programs aligned with company standards in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer or social media program management.
• Strong comfort with building KPI/ROI reporting.
• Familiarity with budget tracking, vendor management, and payments administration.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & analytics: Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports.
• Financial oversight: Monitor influencer spend, ROI, and end-to-end payments.
• Program integrity: Flag content for brand safety and ensure partnerships align with standards.
• Operational support: Maintain order in a fast-moving environment to enable the Influencer Lead to focus on relationships.
