We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Talent Community Experience Manager to lead programs, operations, and engagement strategies for a diverse independent marketing community. This full-time role can be fully remote within the United States and reports to the Head of Rosie Experience.

You will own programs across onboarding, engagement, learning cohorts, readiness, segmentation, and platform experience, using data to drive decisions and improvements for both talent and business needs.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in talent community programs or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to own scalable engagement or lifecycle programs.
• 2+ years in cohort-based learning or program management.
• Experience managing multi-audience engagement across platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding, engagement programs, and touchpoints at scale.
• Develop and refine value messaging for onboarding and communications.
• Design scalable engagement programs tailored to talent segments.
• Monitor engagement, readiness, and alignment with opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Community Learning programs and cohorts.
• Oversee platform operations and assist with migrations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft audience-appropriate content.
• Provide insights to Product and other stakeholders on features and tools.
