Job summary

We Are Rosie is seeking a hands-on content and communications contractor to backfill a maternity leave. This remote, contract role totals ~40 hours/week at $70/hour, ASAP through January 2027, reporting to the Growth and Marketing team.

The role focuses on developing LinkedIn and email content for events, writing newsletters, and leading the 2027 Trends Report, plus managing awards submissions. Opportunities exist to support blogs, PR, and social content with strong writing and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing communications or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot for email marketing and newsletters.
• Experience managing an editorial calendar across channels.
• Experience supporting PR, awards submissions, or executive thought leadership.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines.
• Experience using generative AI tools with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LinkedIn and email content around events.
• Write and manage company newsletter content.
• Lead content for the 2027 Trends Report.
• Manage award submissions from deadlines to final submission.
• Draft and publish social content when bandwidth allows.
• Support PR efforts with materials and coordination with external partners.
• Coordinate HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
• Maintain editorial calendar and organize multiple projects.
• Apply generative AI tools for research and drafting.
